My perfectly structured cross-fit class will energize you with a unique mix of cardio, core, and strength workouts that will have you stretching, moving, dancing, kicking, punching, cycle-spinning, running, walking, and naturally laughing. You can choose to start or end your session with a complimentary jolt of natural energy from my blend of plant-based drinks, or my handcrafted healthy and delicious smoothie.
My years as a passionate personal training and running coach and marathoner have taught me just what it takes to make a difference in people's lives.

If you simply want to explore the best running trails and routes, I have you covered for that as well. I'm conveniently located near the area's most scenic running routes and trails. I constantly log over 2,000 running miles a year, so there's not a single local running gem I haven't discovered!

You're vacation or work assignment doesn't have to mean you leave your sneakers and fitness behind. Join me if you believe health and fitness never go on vacation!

What led me to become a running & fitness coach? After my personal success, many of my friends and coworkers started asking for tips to strengthen their own running skills. Well, I just love sharing tips on running, fueling, and nutrition! And I really enjoy working with beginners, or those who want to lose some weight and gain better fitness or running enthusiasts who have put running on the shelf due to the demands of everyday life.

Where you'll be

Your experience starts in my private fitness studio. In the studio we have all of the equipment needed for a full body workout, aerobic routine, free weights exercise machines, steppers, indoor cycling and more. The studio has full kitchen where we craft our healthy drinks.
After stretching, and HITS cardio we head out for a run into the scenic North Tacoma neighborhoods, cross the iconic Tacoma Narrow Bridge or any of the several local parks.
