What you'll do

In this experience of meditation and wellness you’ll learn to listening yourself and to connect your self with the life that surround you.
Ending the meditation you’ll try the wellness path project by me: using the bath tube and the shower in my structure over the Turkish bath and sauna.
I’ll teach you how the design will influence on your wellness and I’ll offer to you, during your path, some Sicilian biscuits and tisane.
