It's outdoors, sociable, fun and works your whole body.

You will participate in a 2 hour experience where you will get a taste of how to use Nordic Poles and then have a chance to use the poles on a walk around the archaeological trail of Dysert O'Dea. Following the medieval road (weather permitting) you will be visiting the 12th Century Monastery and High Cross of St Tola before returning to Burkedale House for tea and homemade scones / cakes.

Half & Full Day Experiences also available on request
