Brahim was an excellent host to us, with knowledge of the mountains and people he knows well, including trees, shrubs and herbs that are beneficial to the Berber people. We are a family of mixed “hiking” ability, and he made the pace work for all. The Tajine that we had at a Berber homestead was the best that I’ve tasted in Morocco, proper home cooked food, home grown.
I can’t forget to mention the cool mountain water, we jumped of rocks into pools, most bracing, as it was late October. All in all a grand time had by all, awesome day.
