What you'll do

COVID Update (29-Oct): We're currently limiting class size to three people as current pandemic numbers are rising. We will be wearing masks during class and expect students to do the same.

We'll learn how to make about 3-4 dishes including some sides per lesson. You can message me what food we will be making. Depending on demand, we can change the menu.

** Bibimbab (veggies, egg and hot pepper paste)
**Japchae (stir-fried veggies, noodles, soy sauce base)
** Bulgogi (Pork marinated in traditional Korean sce w/ veggies)
**Jeyuk Bokeum (spicy pork with veggies)
**Hoddeok (Korean sweet pancake dessert)
** Pajeon (Korean rainy-day pancake with green onions or some seafood)

Depending on demand, I will move some menu around but basically these are the main menus.

Hi This is Jenny and Paul. We've been blogging for authentic Korean food since 2016. We have a great passion and enthusiasm in Korean cooking since Korean food is getting popular globally and known for healthy food. I have learned so much from my grandma and can't wait to share what's good with you guys. I used to own a local restaurant in Hawaii and people loved Korean food there, talking about authentic Korean food.

If you’re thinking about booking one of Jenny’s experiences, this is your sign to do it! Jenny and Paul went above and beyond explaining each cooking step so I wasn’t confused and also made sure all guests needs were met (food allergies, spice level preference, etc). They were super friendly and I really enjoyed talking to them about korean culture and their experiences living in korea. They also allowed me to book the experience on a Wednesday (usually their classes are only on Sunday) since my flight back to Philadelphia was Sunday morning before the class available so they’re really flexible on time. I did end up taking the food we cooked home because of covid so we all can be safe, but the food was delicious even after the 30 minutes drive home. Overall, I think the experience was definitely worth it! I had no cooking experience coming in (like by no cooking experience I mean I can’t even make instant noodles without almost lighting my kitchen on fire), but now I think I can cook these dishes well or at least feel comfortable trying not worrying about calling the fire department in the process hahaha~ Thank you Jenny and Paul!

One of the best Airbnb experiences in Dallas, hands down! Had the best Valentine’s Day dinner with Jenny and her husband. Walked away knowing how to properly cook some of my Korean favorites. The food was also amazing!!!

My husband and I and our 22 year old son attended Jenny & Paul's Korean cooking class. We all had a great time and really enjoyed the food. Jenny & Paul shared cooking tips as well as stories and information about Korea. The dessert pancakes stuffed with cinnamon, sugar & nuts were to die for!
