The experience was absolutely perfect. Antonella has a perfect command of her subject and explains it with passion. You can feel that she is very attached to her culture and is very happy to share it. The place is very nice, very typical. The course itself is very well explained and done. This cooking class is wonderful. I did this with my boyfriend during our holiday in puglia. We learned a lot of different pasta shapes and ate very nice appetizers and tried Antonella’s olive oils which are super nice. Antonella is really kind and passionate about the pasta and about Italy which is nice to see! Overal I would definitely recommend this class during your trip, or if you just want to learn more about the traditions of puglia.
