What you'll do

You'll be amazed by this artistic trip down the streets in Little Havana! We're trying the Cuban way in the USA, with a cup of cortadito, a taste of Latin infusion, a handful of local hangouts, and a chat with the locals. We start in the heart of Miami’s Cuban community to see historic architectural beauties, as well as a few unique art collections. You can’t have a Little Havana tour without a true Cuban coffee, so we’re taking you for the most delicious dose of caffeine. Cortadito is Cuban espresso, and we'll pair it with a typical Cuban pastry to give you the boost you need to keep moving!
We are surely visiting a classic cigar factory to witness the art of cigar-rolling from the experts, and take in the one-of-a-kind aroma of the shop. We then visit one of the many locally owned art galleries in the neighborhood. Hear stories from first-generation immigrants from Cuba, and learn about the influence of Cuban art in Miami. The Bay of Pigs monument is on route to my favorite local juice bar, where you get to quench your thirst with a dose of sugarcane or mango juice. We'll also witness and understand the classic Domino's Park and try a delicious mojito for a perfect closure.
Other things to note

I've been a tour guide for several years first in my native Cuba and now in Miami. I'm passionate about connecting people to the local, off-the beaten path spots that really make travel special. I'm thrilled that Air B&B has chosen to partner with our team of local guides at Miami Urban Adventures to provide experiences. Little Havana feels like home to us and we are excited to show people how interesting the Cuban culture is through food, drinks and history. I'm an expert in this area . This neighborhood has some secrets and local vibe that I'll reveal in this tour.

Where you'll be

We access Cubaocho Museum earlier than anybody else to have time and space for us to appreciate the owner's art collection and learn its history, we visit a cigar rolling factory and learn how the Cubans perfectly do it, we get in touch with shop owners for real Cuban insights. We enjoy a taste of Miami’s delicious Cuban food from some of the most traditional family-run business of Little Havana.

Great experience. The tour guide Mariela was informative about Cuban culture and took us to a few different places where we were able to try coffee, sugarcane juice, and also see and learn about Cuban cigars and Cuban history. Definitely worth it.

Dayana was our tour guide. She was very knowledgeable of the area and took us to some great spots! I personally love the pork at Olds Havana, it was like no other and juicy! The tour came with a sample of pure sugar cane drink, a mojito, and a Cuban sandwich! This tour is great and I would def recommend to other people. It was great to immerse ourselves into the cutler. 5 stars given!

Thé tour was very informative and helped us to understand Cuba and their culture much better. I really appreciated Zarelys personal insight into daily life in Cuba. This helped to paint a clearer picture. I think that this experience could have been even more unique if we had the opportunity to interact a bit more, like visit a museum or learn to cook a particular Cuban dish- something easy and quick. Or to hear more stories from locals about life in Cuba. Overall, I would recommend this experience if you really want to learn and understand Cuba better! I didn’t know much before this and now I hope to visit cuba one day in the near future.
