The highlights of our 5 days visit to Marrakech was our trip to imilil especially that it was hosted by El Hussain & his great assistant Mariam. We booked " Luxury Day Trip: Atlas Mountain, Waterfalls & Lunch" with them, and it's unforgettable in every aspect.. We were twice as lucky having Mustafa as our guide; he is amazing 👏 at making your trip that much more special; and you are in good hands with Hassan the van driver, he is very capable and makes you feel safe, welcome, and comfortable. We cannot thank you enough Mustapha & Hassan and hope we have you again next summer. 🙏

Unforgettable Imlil Valley Tour – Highly Recommend Mustapha & Hassan!Our full-day "Luxury Day Trip: Atlas Mountain, Waterfalls & Lunch" from Marrakesh was an absolute highlight of our trip!Guide Mustapha (A True Local): Born and raised in the Berber village we visited, Mustapha knows everyone and offers incredible insights into the area's history and culture. He led us on a beautiful walk to a stunning waterfall nestled in breathtaking scenery. He is highly recommended!The Lunch: We enjoyed an amazing traditional Moroccan lunch (fresh salad and the best Tajine of our stay) served on a terrace with panoramic rooftop views of the High Atlas peaks.Driver Hassan: Punctual, professional, and excellent at timekeeping. Hassan made us feel completely safe navigating the winding mountain roads and kept the itinerary perfectly on track.Thank you, Mustapha and Hassan, for an incredible day and for taking such wonderful care of us. The experience started well, but things changed when the host insisted that I pay for lunch. I explained that nowhere in the experience description was it stated that lunch was mandatory or that I had to pay for it. Instead of accepting this, he became aggressive and insulting. He told me to “go fuck myself” and “go die,” threatened to leave us in the mountains, and said the chauffeur would not take us back if I did not pay. He also told me I was lucky he was not near me because otherwise he would have beaten me up. When I said I would call the police, he took us back but refused to drop us at our hotel, despite the description stating that pickup and drop-off at the hotel were included. This behavior was extremely disturbing and threatening. There is no justification for insulting a guest, threatening violence, or refusing the advertised transportation. There are many similar experiences with respectful and professional hosts, so I recommend choosing another one.

We felt wonderful with Mustapha, who was our guide. He is super friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to spend a day with him. And the driver Sliman, who transported us, was great! Got to see the a berber market and the argan oil cooperative, which was an interesting experience. The hike to the waterfalls and the town where we got tea was a bit more demanding than advertised, so bring proper shoes and water. Its a ~150 meter climb on a rocky path, with some steeper parts. Other than that is was a great experience. Amazing view from the top, super tasty food, and a very nice guide.
