BOOK THIS IMMEDIATELY! Armando and Ana are such wonderful hosts--everything was explained so clearly and with fantastic hands on experience. We even booked their chili/salsa making class because we had so much fun the first time! Their home is so beautiful and welcoming, I never felt like I was encroaching on their personal space. You just become part of their family. They are truly generous people. We hope to be back next time we'rein the area!

A wonderful experience! Armando and Ana are excellent hosts. They are very kind, knowledgeable and passionate about food, and their home is beautiful. It was such a treat to learn about the history of chocolate, and make and personalize our own chocolate from the bean to the finished product. It was fairly easy, so you don’t have to be a culinary expert to really enjoy this experience.
