What you'll do

Let us help you make the trails fun. Not too steep, not too long, the best destination for you, and save you time. There are a 120 km and this can lead to confusion. We help you by selecting the right Queenstown Basins trail for your level of fitness and interest. We also check local weather which is vital in planning the trip. We have lots of stories to tell you about the Basins which will make all the difference when compared to being out there by yourself. We do all the organizing including arranging a bike - push or e-bike The trails are bought to life as we pass through a multitude of different terrains and history. Our specialty is the role these vast Basins play in farming the famous Merino Sheep. One of New Zealand's greatest success stories started in the Basin and guests will be glued to this exciting story as they see signs of this intrepid journey. You will see the role of the three mighty rivers the huge lakes the endlessly running waterfalls where salmon, rainbow trout and New Zealand native eel thrive. Some of our trails are not on the official trail maps to make your guided cycle tour all that more memorable. Your time is precious so use wisely with us.

Ronald And Stephanie

We are local residents, and I bike all seasons. I am also a Skipper on Lake Wakatipu where an understanding of weather is vital. I bring this experience to my cycle guiding which helps to choose the best trail for the predicted weather forecast. Add in my experience as a farm guide and studier of the region and this gives me the opportunity to tell you so many stories and history on the territory the trails cross. The trails cover some riveting farming stories. As a mature person I have patients, humour and knowledge. Join me in exploring at your pace around the Queenstown Basins.
