Julio was very knowledgable and gave us a Cozumel experience we never could have done on our own. We went off-roading in his Jeep through a gorgeous white dirt forest, saw bats in ancient coral caves, sinkholes, and had a tour of the tiny oldest town in Cozumel, with a very impressive Tequila presentation. Sure, we did get pressured to buy some tequila by the liquor rep, but after he gave us an hour long monologue that was very professional, it was completely reasonable to buy a bottle. My only suggestion is to maybe go snorkeling first while you have lots of energy, and make sure to hold on tight in that Jeep - Julio really goes for it!

Overall this experience was fun but nothing too amazing. Our host, Katy, was definitely the highlight of our experience. She was very friendly and made the experience special for us. The Cenote we visited was underwhelming compared to other Cenotes we’ve visited. The tequila tasting was fun but also just felt like they were trying to sell us overpriced tequila. We ended at a beach club lunch and snorkeling. The beach we ended up at was not the beach club that was advertised. My partner and I ended up ditching the tour group and walking down to other, nicer beach clubs for drinks and snorkeling. The rest of the people on the tour (a total of 16 folks) with us were from a Cruise ship and didn’t seem to care much about the culture or experience. Overall, I would say just rent your own Jeep and explore the island yourself if you have the time.

Great experience, we got picked up at our hotel, got to ride a Jeep to some cool places. The tequila tasting (best tequilla i've ever had) was great, definitely bring money to take a bottle or two home. The last stop was great to go Snorkeling, the food was ok there, I'd bring snacks also. Both guides were great and funny, I'd definitely recommend it to my friends.

Julio was our guide and he was INCREDIBLE. I absolutely recommend this tour to everybody. I went with four other girlfriends. We were on a carnival cruise from Tampa and this was a GREAT excursion with an awesome price. There were bats, a cenote, jeeps, tequila tasting, lunch and snorkeling. The snorkeling was probably a highlight for the whole group. I really can’t speak highly enough of this tour.

Julio was our guide and he was very knowledgeable about the local area. We learned a lot and the snorkel experience at the end was nice and refreshing. He even made sure we got to our pier safely at night so we wouldn't have to walk around the city looking for a taxi.
