I’m Adrian, founder of Scandinavian Alps Coffee Roasters in Hemsedal. After working as a ski instructor, I fell in love with coffee and trained under some of the world’s top brewers. In 2016, I opened my roastery in the Norwegian mountains, where I source and share some of the most prized coffees on the planet.
