What we’ll do

We’ll meet at Robert Ferguson Observatory, tucked inside Sugarloaf Ridge State Park, that’s about 70 minutes north of San Francisco’s iconic Golden Gate Bridge. Our time together will be 2.5 hours and we’ll cover about 2-3 miles of various terrain and ecosystems stopping along the way to enjoy yoga poses, breath work and moments of stillness, then return to the Observatory. Robert Ferguson Observatory is open to the public during specific scheduled hours. (RFO.org for details). Here we get a inside look with retired professors of astronomy that offer insight to the sky!

What to bring

Please wear weather appropriate clothing, as conditions in the SF Bay Area change quickly, and extra layer and sun protection are both frequently needed at the same time! No yoga mat necessary, sturdy shoes helpful and water for the trail.
