What you'll do

I want to invite you for PIEROGI COOKING CLASS to my private apartment located in the city center. I will tell you about Krakow, jewish district and history of the buidling that I live in (I am working on a documentary video about familly that once lived in my building). Then we will make traditional polish dumplings with cheese and potatoe from scratch (both filling and dough). We will make pierogi using local products. At the end we will eat pierogi with homemade pickles and talk more about history, culture, people, traditions of my country and anything you want to talk about.

Where you'll be

I host the class and the dinner in my apartment in Kazimierz - jewish district. The buidling I live in is owned by a jewish man who surrvived the war in Krakow and is 100 years old (!). I had an honor to interviewed him about his experience and family and I am currently working on a documenatry about it. My apartment is a typical Cracow-style apartment with high cellings and wooden floor full of decorations from all over Poland.
