What you'll do

First we will meet near the dania beach pier for some brief instructions on what to expect, safety, where we will be paddle boarding and snorkeling and what we can see. After we all know each other a little better and have been fully briefed we will begin to prepare our gear for the day. This includes airing up our extra large stand up paddle board. Each one is large enough for seven people or 1050 pounds/ 477 kilos. Once we are all geared up we are ready to hit the water. We will be snorkeling on natural and artificial reef depending on the current and clarity of the water that day. These spots are only know by locals. You will not find any generic commercial charters here. Our depths will range from 10ft/3mts to about 20ft/6mts. We will be spotting many things along the way. Stingrays, sea turtles, many types of fish, jelly fish, conch maybe even a giant manta ray or a moray eel. When we are all finished we will head back to the beach for a nice fruit snack and some drinks.
Other things to note
Guest should be comfortable in the water and should know how to swim. If you have any questions please ask!!

I've been in and loving south florida for the last 17 years. I've always had a passion for being in and on the water; Surfing, Paddle boarding, kayaking, diving and snorkeling. As much as I enjoy all water sports I enjoy them so much more when I am able to share them with others. Opening their eyes to the beauty and action of water adventures is the greatest feeling ever! I've been teaching people to paddle board for almost 6 years. This year alone I've taken at least 1000 people paddle boarding with the help of airbnb experiences. I really love being part of the airbnb community and teaching

Where you'll be

We will be paddling and snorkeling on the atlantic ocean near the dania beach pier. We will snorkel on the natural and artificial reef. The natural reef stretches for miles along the coast however the artificial reefs are only in two small locations only know to the locals. These locations are very popular with local divers hunting for fish to spear or lobsters to grab while in season.

This was an amazing experience, would definitely do it again if we are ever back in the area! We arrived at the listed meet-up location ahead of time to see the beach and after we arrived, the police closed the entrances off because it was too crowded, so Aaron was not able to get in and we were not able to go to the intended location, but he contacted us immediately and was very accommodating. There were only two of us, so he was able to give us a ride to the new location. The trip ended up being wonderful despite the messy start. Aaron came very prepared with any supplies we would need. This was my first time paddle boarding or snorkeling but he did a great job of explaining it so I picked it up pretty quickly and easily. We went on a Sunday so there were a lot of boats out on the water, but that wasn’t a problem and we were still able to do everything planned. On the trip we got to see manatees, stingray, some cool fish, sea shells, and raccoons. After snorkeling, we sat on the board and ate watermelon near the edge of the island and raccoons started showing up and we fed them watermelon and bananas, it was a lot of fun! The overall experience was amazing and it was our favorite part of our entire vacation! If you are considering going at all I highly recommend doing it!

Amazing experience! We got to kayak all through mangroves, ended up on an island with domesticated raccoons and got to feed them watermelon! So awesome. Went snorkeling around the island and spotted a huge stingray and a bunch of fish. He took pictures of the group the whole time. Really great time, I would definitely recommend this experience.

What a wonderful experience. For a beginner like me, who don’t know how to swim. Aaron did a great job teaching me and helping me to get into water and not freak out. Aaron was so helpful and his great humour made the whole experience very personal and fun. I left the experience with a proud smile because I conquered fear of water. Thanks for the drinks and fruits and dropping us back to the hotel. You are great!! Thanks Aaron!!!

The experience was fun and I felt safe at all times. Aaron is very friendly and made my friend (who can't swim) feel comfortable and he had a great time. He also gave us a ride back to our hotel which was really nice. Only issue was some communication problems and lateness, but he made up for it with the experience and his down to earth approach.

Aaron put on a great stand up paddle board tour through little known areas in creeks. He's just a fun person to be around

We were not able to do a snoring tour because the waves have been rough and the water visibility on the reef is too poor. Aaron offered us an alternative to paddleboard at a local nature preserve instead. We were able to get some up close and personal time with a curious manatee and her calf, which was amazing. Aaron was very attentive to our needs and flexible as well. We had a great time!
