Meditate Mindfully on Santa Monica Beach at Sunset

We'll unplug from technology & embark on a mindfulness meditation journey in nature on a stunning beach setting with like-minded travelers. We'll slow down & reconnect with our breath & body through a variety of mindfulness meditation invitations & nature exercises. Transformed, we'll enjoy drinks from local artisans watching the morning waves crash on the shore or against one of the world's most soul-filling sunsets. Both morning & sunset experiences are now available!

This mindfulness in nature experience is appropriate for those who consider themselves beginners to meditation & experienced practitioners! It is great for solo travelers, couples, friends, families & birthday or anniversary celebrations. All are welcome!

If you don't see a date and time that works for you, please feel free to reach out! I'm happy to accommodate as my schedule allows. Please note I'm unavailable on retreat the entire month of March.

This is my second time doing Melanie's guided meditation experience, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. This time I brought a friend and expected to experience identical guidance. Nope. Melanie incorporated new meditation techniques, which resulted in an entirely different, yet equally valuable experience! I was able to expand the tools in my toolbox for meditation and takeaway very valuable information. I highly recommend Melanie!

Am Anfang gab's etwas Verwirrung mit dem Treffpunkt, da ich die Details nicht gespeichert hatte, aber Melanie holte mich ab und so konnte ich die Gruppe doch noch treffen. Es war schön, die Natur auf diese Art zu erleben und am Schluss fühlte ich mich geerdet. The Sunset Meditation with Melanie is a beautiful experience. She provides a thoughtful, accessible sampling of mindful tools for quieting the mind and becoming present in a given moment. Her approaches are useful wherever you may find you need a moment to connect with yourself or your surroundings. She also offers techniques to reframe stressful aspect of your surroundings...for example, if you find yourself in busy traffic. For visitors to the area this experience provides a great sense of grounding and 'arriving' in Southern California. For locals this is definitely a unique interaction with this gorgeous, special environment. An evening with Melanie is a gift, to be sure.

Cancellation policy

Any experience can be canceled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.

Guest requirements

Up to 10 guests ages 12 and up can attend.
