What you'll do
During our Herbal Medicine Making course you will: - Learn about the history of herbal & Chinese medicine - Get an introduction to herbal educational information (books, blogs, and authors) - Create your own herbal honey elixir with garlic and ginger - Create your own herbal alcohol tincture with a selection from the apothecary - Explore, smell, and learn about Dana's herbal apothecary (over 65 herbs) - Receive a handout with detailed instructions so you can create your own medicines again in your home apothecary!
Dana Hutchinson is a Certified Clinical Herbalist, Chinese Herbologist, Reiki Therapist, and a Flower Essence Practitioner. She also has a certification in plant-based nutrition through Cornell University. She has worked in the alternative health industry for over 7 years and has her had her own clinical herbalism practice for the last 5 years in an apothecary clinic setting in Denver, CO. She is also the lead natural health educator & lead herbalist for Holistic Escape Retreats, a company leading wellness retreats across the United States.
Herbal Tea Selection No alcohol or marijuana is permitted at the clinic. Non-alcoholic teas only.

Where you'll be
This class will take place in the Wildflower Clinic herbal apothecary surrounded by multitudes of herbs and plants in a quiet setting clinic setting.
Things to keep in mind
For a full refund, cancel at least 7 days before the experience is scheduled to start or within 24 hours of purchase.
Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside of the Airbnb website or app.
Up to 5 guests ages 18 and up can attend.
You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
