We'll slow down and reconnect with our breath & body through a variety of mindfulness meditation invitations & nature exercises. What else you should know

Please DRESS IN LAYERS as it is often cool & windy on the beach at night at sunset, even when the rest of LA is warm! Many guests bring a sweater, warm jacket & a sun hat for comfort.
