What we’ll do
Join us for an afternoon of mindfulness and meditation immersed in the nature of the beautiful French countryside. Meet us under the apple trees of our garden and enjoy homemade fruit cordials as we openly chat about the world of mindfulness and meditation, what it is and all of it's amazing benefits. What else you should know
This experience is appropriate for all levels, whether you're completely new to the world of mindfulness & meditation or an experienced practitioner. Walking level is gentle but can be increased.
