What we’ll do

Join us for an afternoon of mindfulness and meditation immersed in the nature of the beautiful French countryside. Meet us under the apple trees of our garden and enjoy homemade fruit cordials as we openly chat about the world of mindfulness and meditation, what it is and all of it's amazing benefits. We will guide you through an introductory meditation of breath practice in our home grounds…

This experience is appropriate for all levels, whether you're completely new to the world of mindfulness & meditation or an experienced practitioner. Walking level is gentle but can be increased.

Where you'll be

We'll start & finish in our garden which I love because there is space to simply absorb the beauty of the surroundings. Set in 10 acres of blue bell woodland it is beautiful in all seasons, my favorites being Autumn for its copper tones & Spring when the daffodils & bluebells pop up. If the weather is against us we invite you into our traditional thatched Normandy long house & recommend outdoor clothes for a walk through our local countryside.
