What we’ll do

We will meet at a historic Wheeler Farm where we will spend 2 hours immersing ourselves in nature in a way that is unique to Forest Bathing. I will lead you through a series of invitations that foster connection and interaction with the land, ourselves, and our group. Where you'll be

We will wander through the back trails of Wheeler Farm. Wear clothes and footwear appropriate for the weather. Bring water bottle and light snack, although this not a rigorous hike. We will walk 1/4 to 1/2 mile.

Guest requirements

Up to 10 guests ages 18 and up can attend. Guests must feel comfortable walking on trails with uneven surfaces with mild incline, can walk half a mile, sit on the forest floor, and be mindful of any allergies to nature.
