Animal experience hosted by Nicole Dorothea

3 hours
Includes tickets
Up to 10 people
Hosted in English, Spanish

What you'll do

You will have the opportunity to enjoy a 3-hour tour aboard a fantastic boat from which you can see a variety of whales and dolphins. The tour begins at the sports pier of the Puerto de Tazacorte. The boat will depart from there and we will take a walk through the ocean so you can see as many cetaceans as possible. In addition, you will visit the famous Cueva Bonita de La Palma, a volcanic cave that the ocean water has created by erosion. Sometimes, whenever the weather permits, we take a break in an idyllic cove near the Puerto de Tazacorte, where you can bathe. We can't guarantee the bath. Normally during June and September there are no problems for that.
The boat you will be traveling on is called Flipper, a large ship. We will explain everything you want to know about the marine environment and its inhabitants. This tour is perfect for all those who enjoy a little adventure in the sea.
Our goal is to make the encounter between people and cetaceans as uncomfortable as possible so as not to disturb the lives of these precious animals.
This is an experience with animals and nature that you will never forget.
Other things to note
You can contact us after booking the tour in case you need a transfer from / to Los Cancajos. It will be charged separately.

I'm Nicole from Germany. I arrived in La Palma a long time ago and started with my team of professionals to offer a unique experience in the water. Natalia Urribe, the biologist and Samuel Rey, the expert in cetaceans, who have more than 8 years of experience will make you feel safe and enthusiastic. We know the area and the animals that live in it. We respect them especially and we love being able to show this beautiful "show" of dolphins, whales of up to 29 different types of cetaceans that can be seen from the coast of La Palma.

Responsible interactions

All hosts must follow guidelines created with World Animal Protection.

Caring expert hosts

Diverse animals

Meet over 300 kinds of animals, from alpacas to zebras.

Where you'll be

You will have the opportunity to visit a really beautiful cave called "Cueva Bonita".
After the tour, you can also visit our museum in the port.
La Palma is part of the "way" for whales that move to the north, so we can see so many species of animals and one of the places in the world where you can see so many cetaceans throughout the year.
