We are Chefs Dario and Amanda Gonzalez Zuniga, and we opened Lima Restaurant and Pisco Bar in 2016. A classically trained Peruvian chef, I graduated Le Cordon Bleu and spent years working for the National Arts Center of Canada and the Four Seasons Hotel, among others. My wife Amanda has spent years traveling to Peru to learn all about pisco, the national spirit of Peru, to bring those authentic flavors to the bar of Lima Restaurant, and has mastered the techniques for the perfect pisco sour. Together, we have built the #1 seafood restaurant in Naples, Florida on TripAdvisor and received the 2018 and 2019 Certificate of Excellence.
