What you'll do
In your own car follow me as we explore the lavender fields of inland Provence. I'll take you to my favourite spots to capture those special photos. To begin, share a breakfast picnic in the lavender - coffee and croissants. We'll drive to different fields with varying views. We'll stroll along the lavender rows, to listen to the bees, to inhale the perfumed air and experience nature's magic.
Croissants, fresh fruit A breakfast picnic will be provided, at a chosen location near lavender fields.
Water, coffee, tea, juice Ask if you have any specific requests and I'll try to accommodate!
Ground sheets, cushions Tripods provided on request
I've always been a keen photographer and have a special passion for lavender which I would love share with you. I've explored almost every corner of the lavender fields in the 15 years since I've come to live in Provence. This region of magic light and lavender is truly special. I'll take you to to areas away from the main tourist trails. I like to make photography fun and I concentrate more on the visual than the technical. Locally I teach photography and I exhibit my photos at events here in the Vaucluse. All levels of photographers are welcome. A bientôt (see you soon).

Where you'll be
The places we'll visit will depend on the time of your booking. Our Provencal lavender is in bloom from mid June - mid August. The early visits will be around the Luberon area of Provence, whilst from early/mid July we'll explore fields around the town of Sault which are at a higher altitude and at their best. Towards the end of the season you may be lucky enough to see the lavender being harvested. The scent in the air is amazing!
