Whether I’m hiking or in my Jeep, I love exploring hidden trails. I started making my own hiking snacks because there were not many food options in Big Bear Valley for those with dietary restrictions. With my pop-up picnics, I cater to vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free diets. I also share my knowledge through a food and hiking column for a local newspaper.

I also offer this experience on my boat which is tethered in the harbor ( This is not a boat ride. The boat does not leave the harbor) If my guests prefer to have a harbor picnic as opposed to the forest experience. Please inquire about this option., I also have a hot breakfast menu with items like homemade turkey sausage, my veggie scramble with homemade Hollandaise sauce, Fruit Salad with seasonal fruit and Organic Mint. Inquire for that menu.
