What you'll do

Go up the mountain of El Yunque Rain Forest for aproximately 2,000 feet high above sea level and go up the Yokahu tower to capture the total view of the Rain Forest, stop in La Coca Waterfall to capture beautifull pictures on the 100 foot waterfall, make a walk allong one of the trails and finally make a stop in one of the local shops for Puerto Rican snacks.

Where you'll be

We will be heading to El Yunque Rain Forest, mountain on the east side of Puerto Rico that was sacred land for the Taino Indians, native people of the island before the spaniards arrive in 1493. After seeing the Rain Forest we’ll be making a stop in of the local shops for Puertorican snacks.

More tips

Walking shoes for the trails and towels. Due to the major Hurricane Maria that hit Puerto Rico, some areas of El Yunque national Forest are still closed (La Mina Trail ) it’s one of them.
