About your host

For three generations the tradition of handmade cheese production has been handed down from father to son. Since 1973 I have been producing Cheeses and Dairies processing the freshest milk with the traditional techniques of our fathers.

What we’ll do

At the arrival you will taste a typical Farmer breakfast of fresh dairy products while showing you the story behind this family business. I'll bring you along a complete tour to discover all the steps of our authentic Cheeses and Dairies production. You'll learn how we produce more than 100 types of dairies and cheeses starting from the milk.

What else you should know

Cheese making starts at 9 AM. I'd recommend ,therefore, to arrive not later than 9.15 AM. Of course, if you are lactose intolerant we suggest you to taste tiny portions.

What I’ll provide

250 gr. of Cheese
Scamorza cheese or Manteca cheese, in a vacuum package that can be transported for 20 days without any problem.
