What you'll do

I will be teaching you how to make 2 different types of pasta from scratch, how to incorporate a healthy twist into each one, show you how to make a delicious sauce using ingredients already in the pantry. Did I mention that it is BYOB! We can enjoy our beverages on the rooftop overlooking the Chicago skyline during the end of our cooking! (If weather permits).

Where you'll be

We'll do out entire class in a traditional West Loop Loft with a view of the Willis Tower from the balcony. We'll also have access to the rooftop with one of the best views in the city! (Rooftop is closed for the season).

We loved our dinner. It was in a very relaxed environment and the chef was very hands on and knowledgeable. We would love other classes, but we live in Mississippi. Overall very good experience.

We had the most amazing time cooking pasta with chef Phillipe! He was so incredibly accommodating and patient with a large group of girls who definitely took advantage of the BYOB aspect of the course. The pasta was incredible and we learned a ton! Everyone was able to get involved and there was plenty of food to go around. We 10000/10 would do this class again. We ended the course on the rooftop with wonderful views of the city. An incredible experience and I recommend to all.

The class was so much fun! I took my two teenagers and they had a great time learning how to make pasta. It was a hand-on experience and the group that joined us made the experience even better!

Had such a great time with Chef Phillipe! It was the highlight of our mother-daughter trip to the city. It’s incredibly fun learning from someone who’s so confident and masterful at their craft. Can’t recommend this experience enough!

If you aren't someone who cooks well regularly, this is an excellent experience for you. If you are more experienced, cook regularly, and have experience with more complicated dishes, it might not be as exciting as you might be expecting. The food was delicious though.
