We had a wonderful time with Laura and Alan, they are the kind of people you have immediately a connection with, the way Laura teaches you is very clear and she encourages you to participate by asking questions. They are also open to share about anything which make the experience like being with friends. At the end the bread tastes so good :)

This has got to be one of my favorite experiences! It is just as described, but Laura was genuinely interested in what each participant wanted from the experience! Really well organized and thoughtfully curated! The perk - take your loaf home!

Laura is detail oriented and natural with her instructions making the experience feel very cozy and personal. Her home had a warm and welcoming energy and we loved the non linear journey through the sour dough bread making process. The spontaneous music and conversation kept things light and fun throughout.

I loved learning how to make sourdough with Laura. She made it fun and interactive and answered any questions I had. It also tasted fantastic and I got to take a loaf home. Appreciate her passion and it inspired me to get in the kitchen more.

Very cool experience. Laura was very knowledgeable and friendly. Her home was comfortable and made you feel welcome. Helpful to work backwards and provided a lot of insight and history to the process and materials. Loved being able to bring bread home and share at our breakfast table. Would recommend.
