I’m a certified expert in mezcal and have been working directly with producers and socially-responsible brands for many years. Having guided tastings in Mexico, the US, the UK and Europe, it'll be my pleasure to personally guide you through the flavours and aromas of mezcal, and share the rich tradition of this Mexican culture. I have advanced studies in distilling but I'm most proud of the knowledge that has been handed to me by the producers themselves, their stories and their family history.
