Gajendra was a wonderful ambassador to Old Delhi. He took me—and it was only me, so a private tour, basically—to about 8 local spots that I never would have discovered on my own for delicious snacks, sweet, savory, and spicy. Despite having a huge appetite I could not finish our last meal. Gajendra answered all my wide-ranging questions knowledgeably and was patient during my multiple attempts to find a working ATM. I recommend his tour unreservedly!

The tour was good, the friendly Gajendra took me through the streets of Old Delhi showing and explaining notable sights, such as temples, havelis and unique places, while trying different snacks here and there. I had jalebi, parathas, gajar ka halwa (must try), masala tea, and one other thing. He also showed me a place where tourists usually do not go, which was very nice. On the downside, the tour felt a bit rushed, we saw maybe only 20% of the old town, and I was expecting some more food to try, even if you get enough to be full. A good experience nevertheless and Gajendra will attend to your needs and questions.

Karni led this experience and it was great. I couldn’t have navigated Old Delhi on my own and we had lots to chat about. It was a great experience and the paratha and chai tea were the best I have tried since. The only bit I didn’t like was taking me to a place for tourist to buy spices - I mean I did buy some but it felt a bit staged for tourists and to be honest I don’t think cheap. Highly recommend

This tour was good. But it felt rushed, the food we tired was quite good and not otherwise found by tourists. However for the value it felt rushed and would have been nice to at least walk slower considering we finished 30+ minutes early. Next time I would have spoken up and asked to slow down or at least get an overview of the foods before hand. Thus getting a better idea of what we were doing But overall it was worth it.

We enjoyed the street food tour, and tried many foods that we would otherwise not have tasted. Gajendra was very nice, but the tour felt rushed, and actually ended more than a half hour before the scheduled ending time. We would have happily spent that extra half hour walking more slowly and getting more information. I did ask Gajendra to describe some of the interesting foods we passed along the way, and he did so, but often he was too far ahead of us for me to ask him a question. He also responded to my texted request for the name of one of the desserts that we really liked. I would definitely do another street food tour in Delhi.
