What you'll do
Learn the basics of running with Sung who lived and ran with some of the best runners in Kenya. In Seoul Forest, a beautiful park in the city of Seoul, we will learn how to warm up before running, how to breathe, how to relax and run with a good form. In the end, I will film your barefoot running in slow motion video. This video is perfect to share on Instagram, and you will also be able to see how awesome you run!
Hello! My passion for running brought me to Iten, Kenya. There, I lived and ran with some of the best runners. In Seoul, I share mindful running based on breathing and gratitude through Airbnb Experience and lululemon community classes as a lululemon ambassador. Rather than forcing running, I inspire people to enjoy running and let it happen. I believe running can make you physically stronger and resilient, and continually give you an experience of being alive. In this class, I will share warm-ups to do before running and essentials of running that will help you to run better and enjoy running.
I will provide slow-motion footage of your barefoot running.

Where you'll be
Seoul Forest is known as 'Brooklyn of Seoul' and located right near Seongsu-Dong, 'Seoul's most photogenic neighborhood.' Seoul Forest's got deers, ponds, trees, and a little bridge over roads that get you to a viewpoint that oversees Han River - a perfect spot to be in awe of sunset. It's also got a big grass field, about 400m of perimeter, where we will do our barefoot running. We will meet at the exit 3 of Seoul Forest Station, and together walk to a grass field in Seoul Forest where we will do our barefoot running.
