What you'll do
Compliment your play or work day with the practice of Yoga. Raise your spirits through mindful movements that stretch and strengthen your body and mind so you can get out there and enjoy life. This hatha vinyasa-based practice includes variations and modifications that honor your needs. Following the practice join us for sips of tea, beer, wine, or spirits. Your guide will be your host while you get to know your fellow practitioners.

Jenay has been guiding Yoga practices since 2005. Skilled at creating unique sequences that honor the requests of those attending, she incorporates mindful movement, intentional breathing, and fun into every practice. She knows that we all have our own path to follow and shares her passions with those who share in her interests and desires. Jenay has curated a collection of local wines and beer as well as non-alcoholic options that she likes to share.
Where you'll be
Bliss Experiences is Tahoe's most beautiful space in which to connect to nature and your Self. Inspired by Lake Tahoe, the décor reflects the mountains, beach, and lake. Designed with the intention to instill peace and self awareness, there is room to move with ease, soft cork flooring, and materials are provided. The space is thoroughly cleaned after every session. All materials are sanitized after use.

Guests ages 21 and up can attend, up to 10 guests total.
