I’ve been cooking since I was 12 under the tutelage of Georgia Blue, the legendary cook at my parents’ Key Cafe in Southern Alabama. While teaching abroad, I traveled to Italy and France to take cooking classes in Sorrento, Cison di Valmarin (about an hour north of Venice) and Paris. Locally, I teach classes at Thyme in the Kitchen. Patti McCrory, Professor Emeritus, University of Evansville Department of Theatre
