Lin made sure we had an unforgettable experience, she was very knowledgeable about food, cooking, all products at the market and was very proud of the heritage of the recipes. It was amazing we got to pick our own dishes and then make everything from scratch, something I rarely see on a cooking workshop. I loved seeing the old grinder her dad made for the riceflour, as well as the spatula she uses made by the elderly in the village.
Everything was very unique and inspiring and Lin also enjoyed interacting with the guests and she even made my boyfriend enthousiastic about cooking while he usually dislikes it!
When I’m back in Chiang Mai I’m sure I’ll do another workshop with her since there are so many recipes to choose from :) and not to forget: the food tasted amazing
