What you'll do
Bryn is an award-winning emerging artist who will facilitate a blissful couple of hours of painting in her Suffolk Park art studio.
We often lose touch of our creative side, getting stuck in the monotony of daily life or fear that we aren’t creative enough to do art (hint: you are!). But humans are innately creative and the art of self-expression helps you embody your authenticity. Plus, painting is proven to help relieve stress (Studies show painting releases the same brain activity as meditation).
We will open with a meditation or visualization exercise that will help you get in touch with your flow state, then get into exploring your creative side!
There purposefully isn’t a strict lesson plan, but Bryn will provide you with the tools, techniques, guidance, and support to help you express yourself to the fullest.
Bryn doesn’t believe in the paint by numbers approach to the traditional wine and painting workshops. This is a day to fully embrace your creativity and let go of the need to be perfect. You will make mistakes and they will be beautiful.
So come join us for a creative warm-up, a few small bites, coffee (or wine), and a day of artistic exploration in the magical town of Byron Bay.
You'll walk away with an amazing abstract art piece you can hang in your home!
*BYO additional beverages and snacks or message me to arrange catering at an additional cost
Other things to note
Dogs are welcome!
I'll provide light snacks like chips and dip, tea, coffee, sparkling water, but feel free to BYO pizza or any other food and bev.

Art and the outdoors have influenced me since birth. Born to an artist in the mountains of Colorado and raised in a small oceanside town in Florida, I grew up combining my love for nature & art.
Trained by my mother, a fine oil portrait artist, I spent my free time in her studio experimenting with several artistic styles + skills, including critiquing, illustration, sketching, stencilling, printmaking, watercolours, colour mixing, theory, & analysis.
After studying technology arts & media at university, I focused on digital art until moving to Australia where I rediscovered my love for the controlled chaos of abstract painting. As an award-winning artist, I am always exploring the art of letting go while working with scraping acrylics, flowing inks, spray paints, and developing rich textures with contemporary push and pull techniques.
