What you'll do

Join us in a farm to table dinner experience at our family farm enjoying meat raised on the farm and locally grown vegetables and wine / craft beer. A truly authentic culinary experience on a quaint working farm hosted by Debra and Chef Ethan.

We breed ancient livestock that are known for their exceptional meat flavor as well as parasite resiliancy and hardiness for the midwest climate. You'll get a tour of the farm and background on the animals and 'what's for dinner.

Up to 10 guests . Options include family style or a 4 course plated dinner. Having spent time on the gulf, Chef Ethan's career experience is in Southern, Cajun/Creole and Mediterraen cuisine. He draws on his experiences to blend flavors in the most appetizing way.
