What you'll do

We will be visiting 2 completelly different cenotes , the idea is showing you the diversity and beauty while learning about the fascinating geological formation cenotes are. We won't rush from one cenote to the next like they do in most of tours, let's be present and not seeing them as one more in a check list for instagram worthy pics, our expertise will determine the schedule and the selection of cenotes for the day according to the crowd's necesities and the weather. Set expectations or make sure you book a private experience so it can be tailored to visit more cenotes or special requested ones. We'll not be taking the group to super famous ones just to say we were there too! There are literally thousands of cenotes in Yucatan and they are all beautiful in their own way, remember that only half of the beauty observed depends on the landscape, the rest on the apreciation.
Let's stay away from mass tourism and enjoy a more intimate journey through the mayan underworld.
We'll have a picnic for you to enjoy some of your vacation's best meals ;)
CENOTES ARE PERFECT PLACES FOR ANY WEATHER CONDITION, vacations are never long enough to seat in your lodge, waiting for the perfect waether forcast, we'll take care of everything. ***bookings through airbnb are paused untill 22oct, if you want to book a private experiences directly, feel free reach out via IG @ kaeruprivatetours***

Javier was a great guide who cared both for our safety and that we had a good time. He was very knowledgeable, had a lot of stories to share and was fun to be around for the day. He also took photos and shared them with us after without any additional fees. The vegan lunch served to us by Barbara was absolutely fantastic and we left her space feeling so satisfied. We visited two cenotes that were very different from one another. I enjoyed my time at one more than the other, but overall enjoyed the full-day experience provided by Kaeru. I learned a lot and was able to mark it off my bucket list. I would recommend this experience to travelers. One piece of advice though is to let them know if you have any issues in confined spaces, since some of the cenotes in the area are underground caves.

Fantastic experience, we visited 2 vastly different cenotes however both were very private and secluded. Alejandra was a fantastic guide, had excellent knowledge of the local area and was hugely passionate about the environment. She prepared us a lovely lunch of local homemade food and even went out of her way to go pick up my girlfriend half way through the tour who didn’t feel well enough to join at the start! Excellent experience only made better by the company on the tour! Thank you!

Its difficult to write a review for this experience. How can you put into words something that is so amazing, so breathtaking that it leaves you speechless? From start to finish, you feel incredibly luckly to be able to embark on this adventure. This trip was worth every penny, plus more. Andrea is a fountain of knowledge not only when it comes to the floura and fauna of Yucatan, but also history, geography, and culture. She is a wonderful host who radiated warthm and caring, not only for the guests, but for the environment. My best time in Mexico was on this trip. My only advice to people booking this is to arrive with a slightly emply stomach. Andrea prepared a feast for us which was so good, one member of our group passed out. Really. It was that good. Book this now. Perhaps even twice.
