About your host

I'm an enthusiastic mindfulness, meditation and focusing teacher with over twenty years experience. I love living in the bog in the midst of the countryside with the birds, hares and red squirrels. To share that with others is my passion. I love to create conditions so everyone feels comfortable and yet is supported to go to the deeper quieter places inside and reengage with life from there.

What we’ll do

We will meet at my house and get to know each other. I will set the context and we will do an arriving body awareness meditation either inside or outside depending on conditions. We will do a walking meditation outside no matter what the weather. We can stay around the house and track or we can take a short drive to the middle of the bogs. We will return to the house for an Irish Tea Ceremony and…
