What you'll do

Morning Beach Exercise, Yoga, and Breakfast Trinity!
Get your body moving and flowing with a 90-minute workout and yoga experience at beautiful Wrightsville Beach! Then, nourish with some fresh baked, Southern-style goodies!

We will meet you in the Kohl’s Custard Courtyard on Wrightsville Beach. After moving over to the sand for an amazing view of the ocean, Sarah will take you through a cardio and bodyweight strength training session that will be followed by a gentle Yoga session focused on stretching and relaxation. When we are finished, assorted biscuits, seasonal spreads, and meats and cheeses will be served to get you ready for your beach day! Please note dietary restrictions which can be accommodated.

Example Schedule:
6am: Meet at the Courtyard
6:10: Walk out on Beach
6:15-6:45: Warm Up and Work Out
Sample: 10 min warm up
As Many Rounds as Possible x 15 min:
5 Pushups
10 Burpees
15 Plank Jacks
20 Squats
Last 5 minute Ocean Plunge!!
6:45-7:15: Yoga Practice
Sample: Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar A), Bound Angle (Baddha Konasana), Spinal Twists (Ardha Matsyendrasana), Corpse Pose (Savasana)
7:15-7:30: Return to Courtyard for Breakfast

Sarah- I am your personal trainer. I have been teaching yoga and leading workshops for 8 years. I became a certified personal trainer 3 years ago and I love what I do! Currently, my goal and life purpose is to guide others toward a more confident, peaceful, joyful, and freeing existence.

Megan is your yoga teacher- contributing over 20 years of yoga, spiritual and mindfulness practices (RYT200). Her North Star is Oneness and through integrity, Seva (selfless service), and singing her heart song, she opens space and guides others towards finding their own.

Randy Rose, aka “The Biscuit Sensei”, is a Wrightsville Beach native who specializes in these Southern delights. Chef Randy likes to use a bounty of fresh ingredients from our region to provide a tailored experience for you and your guests.
