What you'll do

We will get started tasting sweet & savory appetizers (Cheese board, international finger food) and sip some wine while getting familiar with the ingredients to make our bread. In a beautiful setting, you and your new friends will be making a variety of breads: Baguette, Pretzel, Brioche, Sour Dough, Country, Focaccia, Loaves... This is a very dynamic and really entertaining hands-on experience, while your dough is rising you will also be making a batch of crepes from scratch! The experience is 3 hours long, you will enjoy nibbling on your own homemade crepes, hors d'oeuvres & sipping wine relaxing in our lush oasis and meet Rosie our pink flamingo... Each attendee gets to go home with their own homemade bread & crepes! Are you a small group and would you have a preferred date/time to schedule your experience? Contact us, we'd love to accomodate you!

Where you'll be

Ron and I love to open our Ahwatukee Foothills home to share our love for food. We will hold our cooking class around our large octagonal kitchen island. Each experience is customized to meet our guests' needs and questions. We also take time to sip wine & savor gourmet food, enjoy our huge resort-like garden, listen to the soothing waterfall or simply take a walk over our lovely bridge to check our cacti forests before resuming our class.
