What you'll do

We now offer this Street Art experience, but walking!

Oaxaca is Magical. The skies are deep blue in the heart of the valley. Women in embroidered huipiles, colourful houses, flowers on the trees, parades and local people garnish the streets. And then there's the Street Art.

We will be cycling around 3 neighbourhoods of the city visiting interesting spots, art workshops, and of course... street art. They are everywhere: big murals, stencils, posters. Oaxacan Artists are abundant and very talented. Its like visiting an outdoor museum.

During the ride we will have time to share a local and organic drink or snack.

Hola.

We are Coyote Aventuras. Margaux, Carlos, and Shai. We are outdoor adventure enthutiasts. We love to explore magical places and share these places with others.

Our passion for street art in Oaxaca started as we met the local artists, who shared with us the stories behind their art. We found a really interesting combination of creativity, activism, art and courage.

Check out our NEW experience on AirBnb "ULTIMATE HIERVE EL AGUA HIKE" for the most amazing way to visit this natural wonder!

I really enjoyed this experience as I haven't ride a bike in a while (many years), lol The host was very nice and helpful with doubts or questions. We were able to know more about Oaxaca and its wall art on the streets. Totally recommend this tour to have a better understanding of the city and its community.

Margo was an absolute legend. You can see she genuinely loves her job as she does it so well. It felt as though we were out with friends for the afternoon. We rode through beautiful areas and visited some workshops. We were shown many different art techniques, we talked about the history of art in Oaxaca and discussed in detail some of the artworks. Margo also helped us purchase a piece of artwork in her own time which we greatly appreciate. Definitely do this tour!

This is a great tour on a bike, with lots of information about the politics, personalities and history behind the Street Art. It was not rushed, time taken for water and a snack provided, so no one was exhausted. If you like getting around on a bike (good quality bikes) and want to know more about the street art of Oaxaca, sign up!

This is a great experience. It provided us insights into the street art that we would not have known otherwise. Pedaling around Centro was totally fun.
