I opened 3 years ago from an extension of my love for food and wine and have been serving customers at nearby Bistro Organico in San Pancho for 13 years organic and sustainable food, wine and spirits from local farmers and regional products. Isaias is a certified sommelier and very knowledgeable about the mezcal spirits. his ability to communicate in both Spanish and English make it a very pleasant experience
