What you'll do
On the visit to the wine cellar, you’ll be given a roughly 90-minute introduction to the secrets of wine by a professional. A tasting of five selected quality wines in our wine cellar will stimulate your taste buds, and you’ll have the chance to learn more about the wines and how they are produced. You’ll also have the chance to sample a snack in the form of a small Valais platter, a speciality from the region. You can also take a bottle of our traditional wine home with you as a souvenir.
We are a team of wine lovers, and we all have many years of experience in taking care of groups on wine tastings. The people looking after you will include Christian Gfeller (our wine advisor and oenologist), Patrick Z’Brun (our patron and mountain guide) and Nicole Aufschnaiter (power woman, wine lover and organiser of our events).

Where you'll be
Our wine cellar was founded in 1936 and is considered to be one of the nicest wine-growing estates in the region. The location and the views surrounded by the vineyards of Salgesch are one of a kind. The visit to the wine cellar building is impressive, as it takes you up to 15 metres below the ground.
