I am a Shingon monk in Nara, offering "Ajikan" meditation sessions. I completed my training at Koyasan, received ordination, and became an Acharya at Koyasan's Shinno-in dojo. My temple Fukū-in, known in Nara as a temple for severing ties, has been served as a center for the transmission of Buddhist precepts in Nara. Please feel here the history of ancient people's acetic practices observing Busshism precepts.
