I am the co-founder of Maison du Saïgon, a coffee shop and spacious creative factory in Winnipeg, Manitoba. My passion for coffee sparked two years as I became serious about coffee by expanding my knowledge to understand how coffee is made, obtained all coffee related machines, refined my taste and skill for making coffee and milk frothing and latte art techniques. NOW I am serving coffee at my coffee shop and want to pass on the knowledge and skill for people whom want to get into coffee, either for curiosity or industry.
