I am a published author and poet with a Masters degree in Creative Writing. For twenty years, I've taught writing workshops, including at the annual Taos Writers Conference. I also help people connect more deeply with nature through nature walks and guided meditations. I live in an off-grid home in the Taos desert.

Water, Sunhat, Sunscreen, shoes with good tread, Clothes appropriate for the weather since we will be outside the entire time so that you are most comfortable ie, shorts/pants, raincoat, fleece, t-shirt, windbreaker, snacks (optional), paper/notebook, pen/pencil
