We thoroughly enjoyed our guided hike with Richard. What a fun, cool, knowledgeable, enjoyable, interesting, personable guy he is. We felt like we made a new friend from the very first moment we met him. We look forward to hooking up with him on hikes he does in other areas.

I don't know where to begin, because every part of this experience exceeded my expectations. Richard is a wonderful, friendly and endlessly knowledgeable guide. I learned so much in 2.5 hours and the time flew by. The area around Cool is captivating to look at, but Richard took us to many sites I never would have found on my own. I enjoyed going off trail and learning more about the lifestyles of Native Americans who called the area home, the uses for various local plants, and all sorts of interesting stories about the area. Rich is a wealth of information, and he's engaging and just fun to be around. Combined with the beautiful landscape, it was the perfect way to spend a morning. I wouldn't hesitate to book again to learn and see more.
