Hi, I'm Graciela, a Mexican chef and former cybernetic engineer who followed my passion and founded Aura Cocina Mexicana. For 15 years, my team and I have shared Mexico’s culinary heritage through market tours and immersive cooking classes in our Roma and Coyoacán studios.
