I am a European trained chef, worked in Germany & Australia in many international 5 star hotels, as well as in Melbourne & Hobart( Chef De Cuisine at the Wrest Point Hotel Casino Convention Centre) and Sapporo Japan . Throughout my career I have won many awards and taken part in incredible cooking experiences, participating in state,- national,- international cooking competitions to dedicate my time to develop my cooking skills and style. I am also a certified Australian Food Safety Supervisor, ( HACCP Food Safety Program ) complying with Safe Food Handling Practises and standards.

The cooking class will take place in the comfort of my own kitchen to enjoy the serenity and peaceful environment. Get inspired by the opportunities of seasonal fresh produce to create a restaurant class dining experience.
