This was a wonderful experience for anyone with or without Polish heritage. The depth of knowledge and information Gosia imparted about the history of Poland was absolutely fascinating. This workshop was a gift for my husband's birthday, and we drove 4 hours specifically to attend. It was absolutely worth the drive. The evening was very thoughtfully planned from start to finish. We had fun interacting with the other couple in attendance by learning how to introduce ourselves to each other in Polish. This was followed by a PowerPoint presentation interspersed with very insightful videos about various aspects of the culture and wrapped up with being served a delicious plate of authentic, homemade Pierogis. It was a true cultural immersion experience, and we left with a new appreciation of Poland and its role in the world today. The Appleton area was fun to explore as well. We would both highly recommend this experience.

I completely enjoyed my evening with Gosia (& her mother) for food & cultural learning in her home. Gosia is a charming host. I would recommend my experience to others.
